Your first time at one of our concerts?

What should I wear?

All you need to do to go to one of our concerts is dress appropriately, because strict dress codes are no longer a thing of the past. The important thing is to be comfortable so you can enjoy the music.

When should I applaud?

At our concerts, we recommend applauding when the artists come on stage and at the end of the piece. However, it is preferable not to applaud between movements, to allow the singers and instrumentalists to remain concentrated and maintain the atmosphere for the next movement. If you’re not sure, wait for someone else to start clapping.

What do I do if I’m late for the concert?

If you arrive late to the concert, you must wait until the end of the piece or movement in progress before you can enter the hall. So as not to disturb the other concert-goers, you may be asked to sit in the seats reserved for latecomers at the back of the hall, waiting for the applause. A member of our team will then help you find your seat.

How should I behave in the concert hall?

Unwrap your sweets before the concert, turn off your mobile phone, and save your conversations and photo-taking for later. Good neighbourliness makes life pleasant!

Can I bring my children?

Children are always welcome at our concerts!
If you would like to come to a regular concert, please note that it is essential to respect others. Remind your child to remain quiet during the concert and, if he or she becomes agitated or noisy, be prepared to leave the hall momentarily. If in doubt, contact us and we can advise you on the concerts best suited to young audiences.
