SUMMARY

A concert of arias with harp accompaniment, covering two eras. You will first be whisked off to a 17th century Roman palazzo, before making your way to Versailles in the days of Marie-Antoinette. In a performance of rousing Italian monodies and sensitive French arias, including a few by Mozart, voice will be paired with a triple baroque harp and an authentic single movement pedal harp from 1795.
