This year, the campaign Pure Vocal Music gives new momentum to the mission of the Studio de musique ancienne de Montréal. We are calling on your generosity to help bring to life key projects that will strengthen the presence of early music in Canada and beyond.

Among our ambitions:

• Showcasing our singers across Québec, Canada, and internationally.

• Growing our endowment to ensure the long-term vitality of the SMAM — every donation is increased by approximately 120% thanks to government programs.

• Producing a new recording that highlights the talent of our musicians and our artistic heritage, creating a lasting legacy while supporting the promotion of the SMAM at home and abroad.

• Expanding the presence of music where it transforms lives, through partnerships with remote communities and health-care initiatives that foster access to creation, sharing, and well-being through music.
